Guest guest Posted April 29, 2008 Report Share Posted April 29, 2008 Garbanzos Pecan " Meatballs " 4 Cups seasoned bread crunbs 1 Cup Pecan meal 1 Pkg. Mori Nu Tofu(soft) 1 Medium onion 1 Tbsp. McKays Beef Style Seasoning(all vegetarian) http://www.mckays-seasoning.com/ 1/4 Cup cold water 2 Tbsp. Braggs Liquid Aminos 1 1/2 Cups Garbanzos, cooked (or canned) In the blender put the following ingredients: tofu, onion, McKays seasoning, water, and Braggs Aminos. Blend until creamy in texture. Put bread crumbs and pecan meal in large mixing bowl and add blended mixture. Put garbanzos in blender and blend until the beans are in fine pieces. Add to rest of ingredients and mix well. Form into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. These can be cooled and frozen until needed, or put into a marinara sauce and served over pasta.
