Vegetarian Burgers/Patties

I have loved Quorn, Morning Star, Gardenburger and the latest I tried (found in

tofu-produce dept area at Walmart) ws Veggie Patch in both garlic protabella and

chicken - both good. Even my husband is wild about the Morning Star

Southwestern Style Patties. I will say that many of the Gardenburgers are

VEGAN, if anyone needs to know, but not all. Those are clearly marked with a

green bubble saying VEGAN on the package. Also Soyriza by Frieda is fantastic

for tacos and those kinds of things. We loved the TOFURKY PEPPERED we tried,

it is VEGAN. I haven't tasted BOCA yet, I went with the others because I

tried one 30 years ago and it wasn't good, BUT, I'm guessing there has been

improvement since then.

There are so many good vegetarian brands on the

market now that it really helps people that live

with omnivores to have more options. I am really

enjoying them all. They make quick veg meals very

easy and convenient. I love soyrizo! I have tried the

Frieda brand and the Melissa's brand and both are

wonderful.

Have you tried making your own veggie burgers yet?

We have a bunch of great recipes in our files. I have

tried many of them.
