Guest guest Posted April 26, 2008 Report Share Posted April 26, 2008 I found the recipe in a Taste of Home cookbook a while ago, but like the one you found in Southern Living, this one called for chicken broth, too. I use the Imagine brand No-Chicken Broth because it is organic and so delicious. Isn't that funny how we were both drawn to the same recipe from different sources and found easy ways to make it vegetarian. I love to look through regular " omnivore " type cookbooks just as much as I enjoy vegetarain only cookbooks; the challenge of making the recipe veg is fun. Happy cooking to you, too! ~ PT ~ P.S.
