hi cristina,

welcome to the group. you can get plenty of variety

and protein from a vegetarian diet. make sure to get

whole grains, lots of different veggies, fruits, and

legumes and then you won't have to worry about

protein. we have a wonderful file section with

hundreds of tried and true recipes shared by members.

there are enough recipes that would enable you to cook

a different meal every night for years to come. :)
