Guest guest Posted April 6, 2008 Report Share Posted April 6, 2008 This makes a really delicious salad dressing for spring greens, but I also enjoy using it as a marinade for tofu and other veggie things we like to grill. Tomato Balsamic Salad Dressing 3/4 cup cup tomato juice 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1 envelope Italian dressing mix 2 tsp sugar In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 1 cup. ~ PT ~ Month of April - aerial is the horizon; Fatigued the oxen; bare the land; Common is the visitor without an invitation. ~ anon.
