Guest guest
Hi Folks, I am looking for a simple vegetarian cookbook. Something where the recipes only have a few ingredients, all of which can be found at a typical grocery store, and the meals don't take all day to make. The cookbooks I've seen so far seem to only have recipes with 37 ingredients, at least a half dozen of which I've never even heard of. I am a single guy, not much of a cook, and not really wanting to become a master chef. Just looking for some simple, easy and quick to make recipes. Any suggestions? Guest guest
I may be partial to these online groups, but the best recipes I have tried are the simple " tried and true " recipes that members here have shared. Just look in our recipe files. As far as cookbooks go, I like many that are not even vegetarian per say. I just adapt the ideas found in those and leave out the meat. With a few substitutions the foods come out very delicious. For favorite veg cookbooks, I love Linda McCartney's cookbooks. All of her recipes are basic, easy and so good! ~ PT ~ , " Timothy " <croixian wrote: > The cookbooks I've seen so far seem to only have recipes with 37 > ingredients, at least a half dozen of which I've never even heard of. > > I am a single guy, not much of a cook, and not really wanting to > become a master chef.
