Guest guest Posted March 4, 2008 Report Share Posted March 4, 2008 Orange Broccoli 1/2 c. Orange Juice 1 T. Braggs Liquid Amino's 1/4 t. ground ginger 1/4 t. garlic powder 2 t. honey 1 T. Cornstarch 1 T. Vegtable oil 4 c. broccoli cut into small flowerets In a small bowl, combine orange juice, Braggs liquid amino's, ginger, garlic powder, honey, and cornstarch. Mix until the cornstarch is dissolved. Set aside. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add broccoli. Cook stirring frequently, until broccoli is bright green, about 2 minutes. Stir orange juice mixture and pour over broccoli. Cook, stirring fora few minutes, until broccoli is evenly coated and sauce is thick and clear.
