I am getting more into raw food and found a wonderful book called " Alive in Five " . I try to prepare a new recipe from in weekly The stuffed pepper recipe is SO GOOD Very tasty and filling. Adjust the cayenne to your likeing Stuffed Peppers 2cups soaked raw sunflower seeds (Cover with filtered water and soak 1-3 hours and drain) 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes,soaked ( I soaked them 1 hour) !/4 cup fresh cilantro 2 T. mexican seasoning 1 T. miso 1 Tsp. cayenne pepper 1 Tsp. sea salt 1 garlic clove , minced 3 red bell peppers ( I used green) Romaine lettuce leaves Combine sunflower seeds, sundried tomatoes, cilantro, mexican seasoning, miso cayenne,salt and garlic in food processor until smooth.
