I made these to go with our Valentine's Dinner tonight........ I just LOVED

it....

Baked Leeks with Parmesan Cheese

 

8 leeks bulbs, white part only, cut in 1/2 inch rounds

salt and pepper

Parmesan cheese - fresh grated

Olive Oil

 

Lightly oil a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Spread the leek rounds over the

bottom of the dish.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with Parmsan cheese and lightly

sprinkle Olive Oil all over the cheese. Bake uncovered at 350 about 40

minutes until leeks are tender and top is lightly browned.
