Judy Baked Leeks with Parmesan Cheese 8 leeks bulbs, white part only, cut in 1/2 inch rounds salt and pepper Parmesan cheese - fresh grated Olive Oil Lightly oil a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Spread the leek rounds over the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with Parmsan cheese and lightly sprinkle Olive Oil all over the cheese.
