Angel Lush with Pinapple

 

1 box.(4 - serving size) Vanilla Instant Pudding and Pie Filling

1/2 c. milk

1 - 20 oz. can of Crushed Pineapple in juice, undrained

1 c. Cool whipped, thawed

1 - 10 oz prepared Angel food Cake

Seasonal Berries

 

Mix dry pudding mix, milk and pineapple with juice in a med. bowl. Gently

stir in Coolwhip. Let sit for 5 minutes.

 

Cut Cake horizontally into 3 layers. Place bottom cake layer on a cake

plate(cut side up).

 

Spread 1 1/3 c. of pinapple mixture onto the cut side of the bottom cake

layer. Lay the middle cake layer on top of this. Spread 1 c. of the

pineapple mixture onto the middle cake layer. Top with remaining cake

layer. Spread remaining Pinapple mixture on top of that layer. Refrigerate

at least one hour or until ready to serve. Top with seasonal berries.
