Guest guest Posted January 9, 2008 Report Share Posted January 9, 2008 Angel Lush with Pinapple 1 box.(4 - serving size) Vanilla Instant Pudding and Pie Filling 1/2 c. milk 1 - 20 oz. can of Crushed Pineapple in juice, undrained 1 c. Cool whipped, thawed 1 - 10 oz prepared Angel food Cake Seasonal Berries Mix dry pudding mix, milk and pineapple with juice in a med. bowl. Gently stir in Coolwhip. Let sit for 5 minutes. Cut Cake horizontally into 3 layers. Place bottom cake layer on a cake plate(cut side up). Spread 1 1/3 c. of pinapple mixture onto the cut side of the bottom cake layer. Lay the middle cake layer on top of this. Spread 1 c. of the pineapple mixture onto the middle cake layer. Top with remaining cake layer. Spread remaining Pinapple mixture on top of that layer.
