Apple Pie Cake

 

1/4 cup Butter

1 cup Sugar

1 Egg

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Nutmeg

1 tsp Baking Soda

1 cup Flour

1/2 cup Chopped Nuts

2 1/2 cups Diced Apples

1 tsp Vanilla

2 Tb Hot Water

 

Oven Temp ~ 350°  Baking Time ~ 45 Min.

Pan Type ~ 9 inch Pie- pan

 

Preheat Oven - Grease Pan

 

Combine all ingredients in order given.

( Batter will be thick).

 

Bake at suggested temp. until toothpick inserted into the center of cake

comes out clean.

 

Serve warm with Ice Cream
