PUMPKIN FOAMY

 

1 cup vanilla flavored almond milk (or soy milk)

1 medium banana, frozen and broken into pieces

1/4 cup solid pack pumpkin

a dash or two of cinnamon

2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

4 ice cubes

 

Place the first 5 ingredients in a blender. Blend until very smooth. Add

the ice cubes and blend again until all ice is crushed. Serves 2.

 

This is DELICIOUS! Kids love it too!

------------Pumpkin Milkshake

 

Ingredients:

4 ounces chilled pumpkins (the canned variety)

1 1/2 cups cold skim milk

8 teaspoons sugar

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender.

 

 

Pumpkin Smoothie---------

 

a.. 1 can

(15 oz.) Pumpkin, chilled

b.. 1 can (12 fl. oz.) Evaporated lowfat milk, chilled

c.. 1 1/2 cups orange juice

d.. 1 small sliced banana

e.. 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar

f.. 2 dozen ice cubes (optional)

g.. 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (optional)

h.. PLACE pumpkin, evaporated milk, orange juice, banana and sugar in

blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour over ice. Sprinkle with cinnamon,

if desired

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

 

1 (15 ounce) can LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin, chilled

1 (12-ounce) can NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk, chilled

1 cup (8 ounces) vanilla flavored yogurt

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

1 pint whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks

1.. Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, yogurt, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in

blender; cover. Blend until mixture is smooth.

2.. Top with whipped cream; sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice.

Makes 4 servings.

-------------Pumpkin Milkshake

a.. 1 (29 ounce) can pumpkin puree

b.. 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened

c.. 4 cups milk

d.. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

e.. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

f.. 1/4 teaspoon ground mace

g.. 1 cup whipped cream

h.. 1 pinch ground nutmeg

 

In a blender or food processor, blend the pumpkin, ice cream, milk,

cinnamon, nutmeg, and mace in batches.

 

1.. Pour into individual cups. Top with

whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg.

Pumpkin Smoothie1/2 cup canned pumpkin3/4 cup

milk or vanilla yogurt1/4 tsp.

cinnamon1/8 tsp. nutmeg2 tsp. brown sugar4 ice cubes

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender and puree until smooth.

Pour the smoothies into small glasses (this drink is rich) and garnish each

with a dollop of vanilla yogurt or whipped topping. For a fun touch, add a

pinch

of cinnamon or a few colored sprinkles. Serves 2 or 3.
