Thanksgiving Day is approaching fast in the USA, so I thought it would be fun to share about this day of feasting. What is your absolute favorite entree on your Thanksgiving dinner plate? I could eat a whole plateful of just that. I love the mashed potatoes, too, but the stuffing is the best. It is great sliced and made into sandwiches the next day. > What is your favorite dessert? It is a toss up between pumpkin pie [ I have shared my recipe for pumpkin squares already], and cheesecake topped brownies. My stuffing/dressing. It's half cornbread, half regular bread with chunks of celery and onion in it. My mom taught me to make it with the regular bread but we love the taste of the cornbread in it so I adapted it. The regular bread keeps it from drying out so much but still lets that cornbread flavor come through. > What is your favorite dessert? Dressing/Stuffing with a slice of Ocean Spray Jellied Cranberry sauce on it. I get a bite of both on my fork at the same time and eat together. Also love slices of Worthington Smoked " Turkey " Vegetarian Meat slices > What is your favorite dessert? Pumpkin Pie with Cool Whip or Pumpkin Cheesecake Pecan Pie or Mince Pie, homemade fudge and my mom's homemade fruitcake LOL can't choose just one Judy ------- Look for My splashes of joy.
