Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Roasted Brussel Sprouts

 

1 16 oz bag of frozen Brussel Sprouts

1-2 T. oil

1 1/2 t. salt add more after baking to your taste

 

Put all of this together in a bowl or zip loc bag and toss together well.

Pour out onto a baking sheet and bake about 30 minutes on 425. Stir as

needed so that all sides are crisy and brown.

 

Sprinkle with some Tony Chachere's Seasoning and toss well.

 

Yummmmmm.

Enjoy it. We had it for dinner tonight. I was watching the Barefoot Contessa

show earlier and she said that her husband requested these for their

Thanksgiving dinner. It was a favorite of his. They are delicious.

I went ahead and threw in some california mix ( brocolli, cauli, and carrots)

wiht some brussel sprouts, its gonna be my dinner!

I lightly steam my BS and then toss them with some olive oil and garlic in a

skillet and brown on many sides. Just made this night before last. It

sweetens them. I have roasted them and they are equally as good. I do the

skillet thing when I am not using the oven.
