Real Fast Mexican Casserole PT I have a question.

What is the name of the lard free mix? Starts with a K. I just

can't remember the name right now.

I'm going to make this. possibly as a side dish for Thanksgiving.

Martha White has one that is lard free. It is in one of the paper pouches.
