Guest guest Posted November 17, 2007 Report Share Posted November 17, 2007 Mint Holiday Brownie Recipe 1 box { 1 lb 6.5 ounce } supreme brownie mix with chocolate syrup pouch olive oil, water, and eggs called for on brownie mix box 1 container ~ 1 pound rich & creamy creamy white frosting 1/4 teaspoon mint or peppermint extract Green or pink food color Peppermint or spearmint candies, crushed, if desired Heat oven to 350°F. well grease the bottom only of a 13 x 9 ~ inch baking dish with shortening or cooking spray. Make brownies as directed on box for 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Set on a cooling rack and cool completely, about 1 hour. Stir together frosting, extract and food color until smooth. Spread frosting evenly over brownies. Sprinkle with peppermint crushed candies. For brownies, cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store tightly covered.
