Guest guest
This is good put inside a toasted Whole Wheat Pita Pocket, with some sprouts and Cucumber slices added. My favorite way to use it, is as a salad dressing on a tossed Salad as a dressing. I add some Oyster Crackers to the Salad too instead of Croutons. Sprinkle the salad with some Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. Oh so good. Also it is good as a dip for pretzels, chips, raw veggies, etc.... Enjoy, Judy Garbanzo Bean Spread or Salad Dressing 2 cans (about 4 c. total) of Garbanzo/Chick Peas 1/3 c. Veganaise or Mayonaise 1/3 c. jarred Roasted Red Pepper slices 1 t. Garlic Salt 1 t. Guest guest
I meant to say that I drain and rinse the Garbanzo beans before I use it in this recipe. You can use Garlic powder or fresh minced garlic in this recipe instead of Garlic Salt. - " wwjd " <jtwigg Friday, November 09, 2007 7:30 PM Garbanzo Bean Spread or Salad Dressing > This is good put inside a toasted Whole Wheat Pita Pocket, with some > sprouts and Cucumber slices added.
