Guest guest Posted November 6, 2007 Report Share Posted November 6, 2007 YAM YUMMY BAKE 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 cup oats 2 1/4 cup (one 18 ounce can) cooked, mashed yams 1 cup (or 8 3/4 ounce can) crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 tablespoons butter 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla Pour the milk over the oats and let stand for 5 minutes. Blend this very well with all of the remaining ingredients. Pour into a greased 11/2 quart baking dish Bake at 400° for 30 minutes, uncovered.
