Guest guest Posted October 31, 2007 Report Share Posted October 31, 2007 COUNTRY APPLE DESSERT 1 yellow cake mix with pudding 1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened 1 egg 1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 cup sour cream 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 350°. Combine the first three ingredients with an electric mixer at low speed until crumbly. Press into an ungreased 13 " x 9 " pan. Spread filling over the crust. Combine the brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the filling. Blend together the remaining ingredients and spread evenly over the top.
