Texas Cole Slaw

 

~~~Dressing~~~

In a large bowl, whisk together the Dressing ingredients:

1 cup mayonnaise OR Miracle Whip salad dressing

1 TB lime juice

1 TB ground cumin

1 tsp. cayenne pepper

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. ground black pepper

 

~~~Slaw~~~

Add to the Dressing bowl and stir until well combined:

1 medium head green cabbage, rinsed and very thinly sliced

1 large carrot, peeled and shredded

2 green onions, sliced

2 radishes, sliced

 

Chill at least an hour before serving.

 

Serves: 8.
