milk free pumpkin pie

I just found this recipe on line and it sounds pretty good.

Then, in my electric coop magazine (of all places) I found this

recipe. A tad different and I haven't tried either yet, but it's nice

to have options!

 

3 c. canned pumpkin

2 c. sugar

1 stick butter/margarine, melted

3 eggs

1/2 t. nutmeg

1/2 t. lemon flavoring

1/2 t. vanilla

1/t t. orange flavoring

1/2 t. salt

 

Mix all ingredients and bake in an unbaked pie crust at 300-325 until set.
