Guest guest Posted October 14, 2007 Report Share Posted October 14, 2007 Herb Roasted Potatoes and Garlic Cloves 3 large 1lb. Baking Potatoes, peeled and cut into med. size chunks 2 T. Oil 1 t. Salt 3 T. Braggs Sprinkle All Natural Herb and Spice Seasoning http://www.amazon.com/Bragg-Seasoning-Sprinkle-2-5-Ounce-Canister/dp/B000KPWA1C 2 T. Smoked Paprika 15 - 20 Garlic cloves peeled and cut in half long ways Preheat oven to 450 F. Rinse your Potato chunks to remove excess starch. Drain well. Pour onto a large Jellyroll Sheet Pan. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss well with your hands. Put in the oven and bake 30 - 40 minutes, stirring a couple of times.
