Guest guest Posted October 14, 2007 Report Share Posted October 14, 2007 Peanut Butter Popcorn Balls 4 quarts of popped popcorn 1 1/2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cups white corn syrup 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter (either kind) 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla Keep the popcorn warm in a 250° oven. Mix the sugar and syrup together in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a full boil and boil for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and beat in the vanilla and the peanut butter.
