I was looking at a recipe for Simple Greek Salad and I wanted to know

if I use cheddar cheese instead of the feta cheese?

Simple Greek Salad

4 - 6 cups mixed greens

1/4 cup chopped radish

1/4 cup minced fresh mint leaves or mint mixed with parsley

1/4 cupped chopped feta cheese

1/4 cup pitted and chopped black olives

Toss all of the ingriedients together and drizzle with olive oil and

freshly squeezed lemon juice to taste.

Give it a shot. Recipes are just suggestions that

are subject to our individual taste. I play around

with them all the time to find other ways they will

suit us. :)
