Guest guest Posted October 13, 2007 Report Share Posted October 13, 2007 Hi all! Thank you for allowing me to join your group! I live in Oklahoma where being vegetarian is somewhat of an oddity. I have been a vegetarian for about 20 years and am trying to work my way to complete vegan. I am always looking for new dishes to try, especially quick and easy meal options for the work week. I have also started attending weekly potluck suppers at our church where I am the sole vegetarian so I love recipes for casseroles that even the most skeptical " meat and taters " guy will love.
