Guest guest Posted September 29, 2007 Report Share Posted September 29, 2007 Citrus Party Olives 4 garlic cloves, chopped 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil 1 TB grated orange rind 2 tsp. grated lemon rind 1/3 cup fresh orange juice 3 TB fresh lemon juice 1-1/2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary 1 tsp. coarse salt 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper 4 cans (6 oz. ea.) ripe pitted black olives, drained Garnish: Fresh rosemary sprigs Stir together first 10 ingredients in a large bowl.
