These sound great, and I have a little tip; when rolling a burrito,

fill center horizontally or toward the center bottom of a large

tortilla fold your two sides in 1/2 inch first, before you make your

roll; no tucking needed. In reality, Mexican style, only one side is

folded in, and you begin munching from the open end. I manage to get

less down the fromt of me, this way, and you can feed hot sauce into

the open end. Yummmmmmmmmm!
