Bake at 300°, until cheese is melted. > These sound great, and I have a little tip; when rolling a burrito, fill center horizontally or toward the center bottom of a large tortilla fold your two sides in 1/2 inch first, before you make your roll; no tucking needed. In reality, Mexican style, only one side is folded in, and you begin munching from the open end. I manage to get less down the fromt of me, this way, and you can feed hot sauce into the open end.
