Guest guest Posted September 30, 2007 Report Share Posted September 30, 2007 Fresh Tomato Salsa 2 medium tomatoes, chopped 1/4 cup seeded, finely chopped pickled jalapeño pepper 1 scallion, thinly sliced 1 clove garlic, minced 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 teaspoon grated lime peel Combine tomatoes, jalapeño pepper, scallion, garlic, parsley, lime juice and lime peel in a bowl; stir well and refrigerate until ready to use.
