Guest guest Posted September 21, 2007 Report Share Posted September 21, 2007 Broccoli with Creamy Lemon Sauce 2 TB fat-free mayonnaise or Miracle Whip salad dressing 4-1/2 tsp. reduced-fat sour cream 1 TB fat-free (skim) milk 1 to 1-1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/8 tsp. ground turmeric 1-1/4 cups hot cooked broccoli florets Combine all ingredients except broccoli in top of double boiler. Cook over simmering water 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring constantly. Serve over hot cooked broccoli. Serves: 2. Nutrition Information: Per serving (1/2 of total recipe) = Calories 44, Calories from Fat 18%, Total Fat 1 g, Saturated Fat <1 g, Cholesterol 4 mg, Carbohydrate 7 g, Fiber 2 g, Protein 2 g, Sodium 216 mg.
