I made a vegan version of chicken parmesan. I thought it was *yummy* let me know what you think... Stephanie Tofu Parmesan Ingredients: 1 block tofu (patted dry) garlic salt coarse ground black pepper Italian seasoned breadcrumbs Directions: *Slice tofu into pieces about 1/4 inch thick *Season both sides with garlic salt and pepper *Coat in bread crumbs *Cook in a non-stick skillet with just a bit of water or broth over med-high heat until golden brown *Serve over pasta topped with marinara and a bit of vegan mozzarella Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
