Guest guest Posted September 19, 2007 Report Share Posted September 19, 2007 Cranberry Pie Pudding 6 Tbsp. butter or margarine. softened 3/4 cup sugar 1 egg 1/2 cup flour 1 cup fresh cranberries; washed. stemmed & dried 1/4 cup chopped walnuts Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Beat in egg. Add flour till well blended. Stir in cranberries and walnuts. Grease pie plate and pour pudding into plate. Bake 45 minutes until firm and golden.
