I have been a stay at home mom for over 11 years, but will be going to work in a couple of weeks. I am very excited, nervous, and scared. I am struggling to be and stay a vegetarian, then eventually vegan. I live with a family of meat eaters who have no intention of changing. Although my 8 year old could easily be a vegan with what she currently eats. In my spare time I enjoy photography, reading,drawing, and being outdoors with my family.
