Guest guest
Yeah, that's a thought. With my work schedule and all I am just looking for fast/easy options. Grinding, soaking, and straining sounds like it would take longer than just mixing a powder for a cup here and there. About how many raw almonds do you need to make one cup of almond milk? ~ PT ~ My experience is that everything is bliss. But the desire for bliss creates pain. Thus bliss becomes the seed of pain. The entire universe of pain is born of desire. Give up the desire for pleasure and you will not even know what is pain. ~ Nisargadatta Maharaj ~~~*~~~*~~~> , " christie_0131 " <christie0131 wrote: > > Try making your own, PT, it is so straightforward. Guest guest
I didn't count them, PT, but 1/4 cup of almonds made about 3 cups of almond milk. I understand what you mean about the time factor, although it maybe takes about 10 minutes, following the overnight soaking. I started making my own because the bought stuff is generally too sweet for me and the powdered almond milk is too expensive here for daily use.
