dairy-free milk?~ making almond milk

Yeah, that's a thought. With my work schedule and

all I am just looking for fast/easy options.

Grinding, soaking, and straining sounds like it would

take longer than just mixing a powder for a cup

here and there.

About how many raw almonds do you need to make

one cup of almond milk? :)

I didn't count them, PT, but 1/4 cup of almonds made about 3 cups of

almond milk. I understand what you mean about the time factor,

although it maybe takes about 10 minutes, following the overnight

soaking. I started making my own because the bought stuff is

generally too sweet for me and the powdered almond milk is too

expensive here for daily use.
