Guest guest Posted September 9, 2007 Report Share Posted September 9, 2007 Spicy Veggie Medley 4 c. fresh Broccoli, Cauliflower, Baby Carrots, but into med. size pieces 1 lb. fresh Asparagus, trimmed and broken into med. size pieces 1/4 c. water 1 T. Smart Balance Light 1 1/2 T. Lemon Pepper 1 T. Ms. Dash 1/2 t. salt pinch of garlic powder Add water to a large wok. Bring to a boil. Add chopped fresh Veggies, Smart Balance Light and seasonings. Toss with the boiling water. Cover and reduce heat. Stir frequently. When tender Crisp, remove from heat. Adjust seasonings if necessary. Serve.
