Guest guest Posted September 8, 2007 Report Share Posted September 8, 2007 Franks and Kraut 26 oz. can of Sauerkraut 1 T. Olive Oil or Smart Balance Light spread 1 - 20oz. can of Loma Linda Linketts or Big Franks(vegetarian hot dogs) 1/2 onion, diced small 1 stalk celery, diced small 1 - 16 oz. can of Shelly Beans Open a can of sauerkraut, rinse it well in a strainer bowl, to get rid of the strong taste and smell. Take Linketts or Big Franks out of the can and pat dry. Then slice into rounds and brown in a pan with a little oil or Smart Balance Light. Add some celery and onion, diced small and saute until tender crisp, about 3 minutes. I then add a can of drained Shelly Beans(basically Italian green beans and pinto beans mixed together) and saute that also. Then I put my Sauerkraut into this and heat thru. It is very delicious!!!!!
