Guest guest Posted September 7, 2007 Report Share Posted September 7, 2007 Chili Arroz 2 cans dark red kidney beans 2 cans no salt added diced tomatoes 1 packet of your favorite chili seasoning (I use Chili-O by French's) 4 cups cooked brown rice grated cheddar (optional) *add beans,tomatoes and seasoning to medium sized pan *cook for at least an hour for flavors to " meld " *serve over rice and top with cheese Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I know I would enjoy this with lots of chopped lettuce, tomatoes & black olives... oh, and some sour cream.
