Guest guest Posted August 27, 2007 Report Share Posted August 27, 2007 Crock Pot All Veggie and Pasta Soup 4 cups vegetable broth 1 can (15 oz.) seasoned tomato sauce or tomato juice 6 medium red potatoes; quartered 3 large carrots; peeled and diced 4 celery ribs, trimmed and sliced 1 cup (dry) small shell pasta or macaroni Parmesan cheese, shredded, for garnish Combine all ingredients except pasta in a crock pot. Cover and cook on LOW heat setting for 8 to 10 hours. Twenty minutes before serving, turn crock pot setting to HIGH heat setting. Stir in pasta. Cover; and cook until pasta is tender.
