Guest guest
I found this blog and think it might really help! My only issue with it is the blogger uses milk products, which I can't do. Still it's a good start to menus... my biggest issue with cooking is figuring out what to cook! Hope that this helps someone... http://www.dinnerdaily.blogspot.com/ Genie
Guest guest
Thanks for the link, Genie. I have trouble with alot of the recipes here, too because I'm working out cutting out dairy and alot of them also use eggs and I don't do them anymore either. They also require sugar and I'm trying to lose weight so I'm not sure what to use in its place. However some of the recipes in you link will help! geniesflower <geniesflower wrote: I found this blog and think it might really help! Guest guest
I'm working to cut out dairy and sugar also (Ice cream is my weakness!). Now I use soymilk (for the protein) and Splenda when I need " sugar " , which is rare as I don't " cook " - I microwave! I will also use eggs very occasionally. There were a lot of vegan and vegetarian recipes at your link, Genie. Thanks for listing it. Sandra in Southern CA
Guest guest
You know for the ice cream there is a GREAT alternative out there that is to DIE FOR!! It's called Purely Decadent and it's soymilk-based ice cream that comes in vanilla and chocolate--I bought the vanilla last night and was in HEAVEN with how good it is!!
