Guest guest
This is an intriguing recipe, but, for health reasons, the instant puddings I know of, all contain hydrogenated fat [partially hydrogenated soybean oil, for example]. I cannot eat this kind of fat due to periodic problems with my gall bladder. What kind of substitution is available?
