You are so kind to allow me to express that point of view. I love

fresh veggies, but frankly, cost can be a factor, at times, and it is

nice to know that you need not auction the farm to get nutritional

value. After years of canned liquid disposal, and while taking a

dietary managers course, I learned of the vitamins and minerals I had

been pouring down the sink. I could never abide the flavor of the

canned liquids, but when I started cooking, in the mid sixties, cans

weren't lined, as they are now, and there was a distictive can taste.
