Guest guest Posted August 2, 2007 Report Share Posted August 2, 2007 This is delicious! Lentils and Noodles 4 c. Water 2 c. dry Brown Lentils Boil together until tender. Add salt to taste. Drain 10 oz. Egg Noodles or Fettuccine Noodles 1 t. salt Boil until tender and drain. 1 large Onion, diced 3 Garlic Cloves, minced 1 T. Olive Oil Saute until tender. Stir in the Noodles and lentils. 2 T. Basil Pesto Salt and Lawry's Seasoned Salt to taste. 3 T. Olive Oil 1/2 c.
