I made this for dinner last night with some Lentils and Noodles, which I'll send the recipe for next. Apple and Nut Slaw 4 c. Shredded Green Cabbage 2 Apples, diced - I used a Fuji Apple 1 T. Orange Juice Concentrate - thawed(make up the rest into Orange Juice to enjoy with your meal) 1/2 c. Raisins 1 c. nuts chopped - I used slivered almonds 1/2 c. Veganaise Mix together all of the above, except the Veganaise. The Orange Juice Concentrate will keep the apples from discoloring. Stir in the Veganaise until moistened.
