Guest guest
PT is so right. When I took a hard look, at my daily protein intake, I found that I was doing just fine. Almost everything has some protein. I'm not big on breakfast food, for breakfast, but I try to have one cereal meal every day, accompanied by soy milk or skim. I love walnuts, as a snack, and they have protein, also. Peanut butter has 8 grams of protein, and some of the natural brands have 10. I do some of the textured soy meats, in moderation, though sometimes, I find them to be, too real and a little frightening. Almost all baked goods can have a persentage of flour replaced by soy flour. I don't think you have to worry. Blessings, Jack
