Guest guest
Alrighty, I'm going vegetarian as of..... hmm... a few days i guess- wanna speak to my doctor first. But can anyone tell my the basics of a vegetarian day? I still haven't got a lot of money, so I need ideas for cheap but tasty meals.... i mean, when you're a meat-eater, the day is very simple- whatever you want for breakfast, whatever you want for lunch, meat and 3 veggies for dinner... (well, thats if you don't care about how healthy you're eating)... and yeah, i have phased out meat- so hopefully there won't be a massive food-culture-shock. heheh . i spose there are some simple things that you can do to eat better- eat wholegrain instead of white bread, make sure you drink the right milk- but just how many nuts and lentils and beans and whatnot DO you have to eat per day/ per week? and what medical kind of stuff do you recommend? i would assume that it would be wise to get blood tests for the first few months, but is there anything else? see a nutritionist or anything? Thanking you (again) in advance :). Have a nice day! Allison.
