Here in Milwaukee WI we have been having one of our rare (in my opinion)

almost perfect summers. Spring ran late this year, with me running the

heat a bit well into May. This summer has continued the cool trend,

with most days being in the upper 70's/low 80's and very dry, without

the horrible humidity we usually have. We've only had a few really hot

days (with more scheduled next week), but it's been cooling down at

night, even during the hot spells. I sure hope this cool trend

continues. I usually hate the hot humid weather we have for most of our

summers. Every once in awhile we get a cooler summer, such as this

one. So, I'm in 7th heaven this summer.

 

I eat lots of fruit in the summer time, and veggies and salads.
