Guest guest
This is a recipe Donna posted. I have made these...not only are they delicious, they hold together very well. They also freeze well. I cooked mine in an oiled skillet. Lentil-Potato Burgers 1/2 cup chopped onion 3 celery stalks, chopped up 2 tablspoons olive oil 2 cups cooked, drained and mashed up lentils 2 cups mashed potatoes 1 cup whole wheat or white bread crumbs 1 teaspoon dried parsley or basil 1 1/2 teaspoons dried sage 1 teaspoon thyme little salt & black pepper little dried crushed pepper flakes Preheat oven to 350F Saute onion and celery in oil until tender, then combine everything in a bowl and mix well. Form patties and place on a well greased baking sheet. Bake about 15 minutes and turn and bake another 15 minutes. You can fry these up in an oiled skillet too. ______________________________\ ____ Moody friends. Drama queens. Your life? Nope! - their life, your story.
