Guest guest Posted May 28, 2007 Report Share Posted May 28, 2007 hi stef, my son (a life-long vegetarian) is now 7 and is the pickiest eater alive. back when he was 2 he was a great eater....ahhh the good ol' days. here are some of the things he would eat..... ..spaghetti (or any kind of pasta with sauce) ..cheese enchiladas ..veggie quesadillas ..homemade mac and cheese with broccoli (i make a bechemel type sauce and add cheddar for the cheese sauce. i throw the broccoli in with the pasta the last 3 minutes of cooking) ..veggie fried rice ..salad ..stir fry with rice noodles ..veggie pizza ..veggie pot pie (my recipe is in the files...i'll repost) ..veggie lasagna ..stuffed shells ..minestrone soup ..baked potatoes ..baked " fried " zucchini ..eggplant parmesan ..morning star farms chik'n nuggets, corndogs, bac'n strips i hope that helps, susie --- steffdav46 <steffdav46 wrote: > I have just spent the last 2 weeks taking care of > my 2 year old > Grandson and will have him again next month for an > extended stay.
