Guest guest Posted May 25, 2007 Report Share Posted May 25, 2007 Golden Skillet Cauliflower 2 TB butter or margarine 4 cups thinly sliced cauliflower 1/3 cup water 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. paprika Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet. Add cauliflower and water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add cheese and paprika. Cover and simmer about 2 more minutes or until cauliflower is tender and cheese is melted.
