Great Northern Beans, drained well 1-1/2 tsp. sea salt, or to taste 1-1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice 3 tsp. garlic, minced 2 TB fresh basil leaves 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar 1 TB Dijon mustard Pinch ground white pepper. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with a variety of crackers and/or fresh veggies for dippers. How's that for easy?
