Even when the recipes are not measured, the flavour combinations are wonderful! I guess that is the beauty of cooking as opposed to the science of baking, one is able to experiment and create with what is on hand. So my dear veg's, I have a few questions for you wise and savvy folks: -Does anyone know how to make awesome spring rolls usng tofu? I would prefer a baked method if it can still produce a great crunch. - I'm also looking for a tofu cheesecake recipe, either plain or dark chocolate. I haven't had much luck with those that I've tried. -Is there a super simple veg curry recipe that someone would care to share? I appreciate your time and effort everyone! Have a beautiful day!
